1. Upload a plan, a photo, or pick a template.

2. The model reads the plan in Rwandan construction terms.
Rooms, dimensions, floor count, structural elements, opening counts. The model is trained on Rwandan construction standards (hollow-block walls, eco roofing, 12mm rebar at common spacings), not global averages. Confidence below 70% routes the plan to a licensed Quantity Surveyor before you ever see the BOQ.
3. A full BOQ, phase by phase, priced at this month's Kigali rates.
Foundation → Structure → Roofing → Finishing, every material with quantity, unit price, and total. Cement at the latest CIMERWA rate, rebar at current Simba pricing, hollow blocks at the district average. Prices unconfirmed in the last 60 days are flagged, not hidden.
4. Quote requests to verified suppliers in your district.
